Executive Director
Teresa has 25 years of experience as a senior executive and consultant spanning the private, public, and non-profit sectors across Alberta and nationally helping organizations reach their potential. Her experience spans across several nonprofit sectors including children and youth, learning disabilities, seniors, career and employment, youth mentorship, homelessness, education, and more.
Teresa’s experience includes running a successful consulting business, holding senior executive and director positions in nonprofits, consulting in the education sector, and providing organizational leadership. She has extensive experience in strategic planning, organizational assessment, facilitation and training, project management, human resources, board governance, and social impact evaluation.
Teresa holds a B.A in Sociology of Organizational Development and Business Management, a Public Relations & Applied Communications Certificate, Human Resources Management Certificate, and is a Certified Skills Coach Practitioner.
