
Program Coordinator
Taya brings a wealth of experience in program coordination, administrative leadership, and community engagement to her role. With a background in early learning and childcare, she has supported families, maintained smooth daily operations, and built strong relationships within her communities.
She has worked in diverse program settings where she excelled in staff development, policy compliance, and fostering inclusive environments. Taya is passionate about creating supportive systems that empower individuals of all abilities to thrive.
She holds an Early Learning and Child Care Certificate from Red Deer Polytechnic and is currently continuing her education in pursuit of a Psychology degree through Athabasca University. Taya is excited to support LDAA’s mission by helping Albertans with learning disabilities access the tools, programs, and resources they need for success.
