Chai, Barouch
Barouch Chai is the founder, president and owner of Microcomputer Science Centre Inc., which was established in 1980, as one of Canada’s first companies to specialize in Assistive technology. Since then, Microscience has introduced to Canada many exciting and innovative solutions for disabled people including Kurzweil 3000 and Dragon Naturally Speaking. Microscience now employs over 30 people, and provides software training and support to disabled persons across Canada.
Conference Contribution: Barouch will be presenting two sessions in the Test Driving Technology segment of the conference: “Kurzweil v12 and High Speed Scanning: Exciting new features, Network licensing and High Speed Scanning Efficiency” and “ClaroRead “Simple and Fun – for all abilities & Ginger! Contextual Writing tool for everyone”
